The Illinois Office of the State Comptroller (“IOC”) and the Office of the Illinois State Treasurer (“Treasurer”) (collectively, “the Parties”), pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act (5 ILCS 220/1 et seq.), do hereby enter into this Fourth Intergovernmental Investment Agreement (“Fourth Investment Agreement” or “Agreement”) as of October 17, 2018 (the “Effective Date”).
