This Work Package (the “Work Package”) is made on the effective date of this Work Package between the Secretary of State for Defence (“the Authority”) and Atos IT Services UK Ltd, 4 Triton Square, Regent’s Place, London, NW1 3HG (the “Contractor”) pursuant to the terms of the DCNS Strategic Partner Framework Agreement entered into by the parties on the Effective Date (the “Agreement”). Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Work Package have the same meaning given to them in the Agreement.
