This Indigent Care Affiliation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into to be effective as of the 1st ____ day of OctoberJune, 2006 2008 (“Effective Date”), by and between Williamson County, being a political subdivision of the State of Texas (“County”) and St. David’s Georgetown Hospital and Round Rock Medical Center, (collectively the “Affiliated Hospitals”) whose addresses are listed in Section 6.3 of this document.
