THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , 2021 by and between Southside Township, a political subdivision under the laws of the State of Minnesota, governed by a Board of Supervisors, the “Township”, Wright County, a body corporate and politic existing under the law of the State of Minnesota, the “County”, and Kami, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, referred to herein as the “Kami” and its affiliate Hannah’s Arrival, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, referred to herein as the “Owner”. Kami and Owner are under common control and may be collectively referred to as “Developer”.
