This VISA Check Card Agreement is the contract which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the Check Card services offered to you by Germania Credit Union. In this Agreement, the words "you" and "yours" mean those who sign the VISA Check Card application as applicants, joint applicants, or any authorized users. The words "we," "us," "our," and "credit union" mean Germania Credit Union. The word "Account" means any one or more Share/Savings and Share Draft/Checking Accounts you have with the credit union. The word "card" means the Check Card and any duplicates renewals or substitutes we issue to you. Check Card transactions are electronically initiated transfers of money from your Account through the Check Card services described. By signing your card, or using any service, each of you, jointly and severally, agree to the terms and conditions in the Agreement and any amendments for the Check Card services offered.
