In exercising the rights and powers conferred upon the Assignee/Bank under the Facilities Agreement (Consumer Banking), Deed of Assignment (Property) both dated 01st day of August, 2013 entered into between the Assignee/Bank and the Assignor/Borrower (“the said Agreements”) in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement entered into between MB Builders Sdn Bhd (842965-P) (“The Vendor”) and Choo Choon Ling (“The Original Purchaser”) dated the 13th day of June, 2013 it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee with the assistance of the undermentioned Auctioneer
