This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) is hereby made and into by and between the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation, hereinafter referred to as "MT DNRC," Lincoln County, Montana, United States Department of Natural Resources Conservation Service, hereinafter referred to as “NRCS,” and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Kootenai National Forest, hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service.” Hereinafter, all parties are collectively referred to as “the Parties” or “the Cooperators.”
