If a district participates in a cooperative education program between two or more Michigan public school districts, there should be a written cooperative agreement that: 1) states the purpose of the agreement (e.g., type of services to be provided), 2) identifies the participating member districts, and 3) provides the approximate number of pupils from each district who will participate in the program.
