This agreement together with the annexures hereto (together “the Agreement”) contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to Client’s participation in Safaricom’s M-PESA mobile payment system (hereinafter Business to Business (B2B) Services) and supersedes all other agreements entered into between the Client and Safaricom in relation to the provision of M-PESA B2B Services.
