THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 27th day of October, 2009 by and between The School Board of Brevard County, Florida, a body corporate in accordance with §1001.40 Fla. Stat. (2009) (hereinafter “School Board”) and Health First, Inc., a Florida corporation not for profit doing business as Viera Pro-Health & Fitness Center (hereinafter “Health First”).
