THIS EVENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated this day of , 201 , is made by and between ROANOKE COLLEGE (“College”), a private non-profit educational institution located in Salem, Virginia and (“User”), a nonprofit organization. College and User are referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”. “Participants” means all persons listed on the Registration List to be provided by User to the College and Users’ Staff (the “Registration List”). This Agreement remains in effect from year to year until terminated by either Party.
