By submitting this completed and signed Application Form to Music Rights Malaysia Berhad (1207563-P) (“MRM”), you, identified as the Applicant in the Application Form (“Licensee” or “You” and references to “Your” shall be construed accordingly) make a contractual offer to MRM to be granted a non-exclusive licence limited to Malaysia to do the Controlled Act at Your premises stated in the Application Form (“Licence”) and to pay the Licence Fees for the Licence (“Offer”).
