Tunstall has agreed to provide and the Customer has agreed to take and pay for the Smart Hub service provided by Tunstall subject to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement. The terms and conditions set out in this agreement will apply to any supply of Smart Hub and/or the Services (as defined below) to the Customer by Tunstall and all or any other terms and conditions or enquiries (whether in the Customer's order or otherwise) shall be of no effect.
