This contract is intended exclusively for the use of Commonwealth Media Services, headquartered at 333 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA, and to meet the Commonwealth’s initiative for Continuity of Operations (COOP)/ Alternate Site Component where CMS can carry out critical business functions when normal work facilities are inaccessible due to natural disaster, terrorist threat or other unforeseen circumstances. Because the need to relocate may occur without warning, the awarded supplier must make every effort to pre-position, maintain or provide the minimum essential equipment, facilities and personnel needed for the continued operations of critical business functions at the supplier’s operating facilities for a minimum of 30 days.
