This Economic Development Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January , 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Kennedale, a Texas municipal corporation located in Tarrant County, Texas (“City”), the Kennedale Economic Development Corporation, a nonprofit corporation organized as a Type B corporation under Chapters 501 and 505 of the Texas Local Government Code (“EDC”), and Karmali Holdings, Inc., a Texas corporation (“Developer”), for the purposes and considerations stated below.
