This Agreement shall be binding on the parties upon the Governing Body or School Representative confirming on the electronic ordering process that it accepts the Terms and Conditions set out in this Agreement and proceeding to submit an order through the Services for Schools Website, or as otherwise separately agreed between the Authority and the Governing Body.
