Midwest Energy Hub, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company ("Company"), and Reliant Energy, a ____________ ____________ ("Customer"), referred to collectively as the "Parties," enter into this Master Firm Purchase/Sale Agreement (together with all Transactions, collectively, this "Agreement") effective as of the 1st Day of July, 2000 (the "Effective Date"). The General Provisions set forth in Appendix "1" shall apply to this Agreement.
