This Submission Agreement shall govern the submission of scripts and other materials (collectively, the “Material”) submitted by you (“Writer”) to The Black List, LLC (“Company”) and The Hasty Pudding − Institute of 1770, Inc. (“Hasty Pudding”) in connection with the Hasty Pudding Institute Screenwriting Fellowship (the “Program”).
