(“Agreement”) is entered into as of February , 2021 by and between the City of Chula Vista, a California chartered municipal corporation (“City”) and the San Diego Unified Port District, a public corporation (“District”). The City and District may be individually referred to herein as, a “Party”, and collectively as, the “Parties”.
