This agreement is executed between the Guam Army National Guard (GUNG), hereafter referred to as the "employer'' or "Agency," by and through The Adjutant General (TAG) of Guam, and the Laborers International Union of North America (LIUNA), hereafter referred to as the "Union," and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
