This Innovation Network School Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 24, 2022 (“Commencement Date”) by and between The Board ofSchool Commissioners of the City of Indianapolis (“IPS”) and Edison School of the Arts, Inc. (“Operator”) (together, the “Parties”) to operate Edison School of the Arts (the “School”) as an Innovation Network School.
