The Community Consolidated Schools - District 65 Board of Education, Evanston, Cook County, Illinois (hereinafter the “District”), hereby recognizes the Evanston Association of Child Care Professionals, Illinois Education Association-NEA (hereinafter the “Association”), as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for all regular site coordinators and group leaders employed by the District in its School Age child care program who regularly work at least 15 hours per week, and all regularly employed full-time and part-time teachers, teacher assistants, secretaries, kitchen aides, and the health clerk in the Head Start program. Such representation shall exclude all child care aides, clericals, administrative employee supervisors, managerial employees and all other employees of the District. “Bargaining unit member” or “employee” when used hereinafter in this Agreement shall refer to all employees represented by the EACCP, IEA-NEA, in the bargaining unit as above defined.
