This CSS ASSOCIATE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR RESELLERS (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of (the “Effective Date”) by and between: (i) DVD COPY CONTROL ASSOCIATION, a Delaware non-profit corporation having offices located at 380 Tennant Avenue, Unit 4, Morgan Hill, CA 95037 USA (“Licensor”); and (ii) the company named above (“Associate”). This Agreement includes this document and accompanying Attachment documents labeled A and B.
