THIS MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (together with its Attachments, the “Agreement”) between RingCentral UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 06737634 (“RingCentral”), and [CustomerName], organised and existing under the laws of and having its registered office at (“Customer”) is effective as of the last date of signature below (“Effective Date”). RingCentral and Customer may be individually referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
