AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this _day of June, 2021, by and between the TOWN OF WILTON, a Connecticut municipal corporation (the “Town”) and CLEAN HARBORS ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC., a Massachusetts corporation, having a principal place of business at 42 Longwater Drive, Norwell, MA 02061, and with a Connecticut place of business at 761 Middle Street, Bristol, CT 06010 (the “Contractor”).
