This Data Processing Agreement (the “DPA”) between the Reseller (below, the “Controller”) and ePay (below, the “Processor”) constitutes a part of the Reseller Agreement (the “Agreement”) entered between the Controller and the Processor (each a “Party” and jointly the “Parties”) under which the Processor will process personal data on behalf of the Controller. The Controller is the data controller in relation to the processing of the Personal Data. The Processor is data processor.
