This Naming Rights Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective this 1st day of August, 2015, by and between SCHEELS ALL SPORTS, an employee-owned, privately held business with its corporate office located at 4450 15th Ave. S, Fargo, ND 58103 and its Overland Park, Kansas store located at 6503 West 135th St. Overland Park, KS 66223 (hereinafter “Scheels”) and the CITY OF OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS, a Kansas municipal corporation with its City Hall offices located at 8500 Santa Fe Drive, Overland Park, KS 66212 (hereinafter the “City”). Throughout this Agreement Scheels and the City may be collectively referred to as the “parties”.
