For and in consideration of receiving fiber optic services, including but not limited to high speed data or phone (individually and collectively “Services”), the undersigned (“you” or “Customer”) executes this Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) with East Mississippi Connect, LLC upon the following terms and conditions. In addition, by signing this Agreement, Customer acknowledges that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally authorized to agree to the terms and conditions and billing procedures outlined below.
