This Agreement is entered into pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 10.7, Sections 3540 through 3549, of the Government Code of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) and shall remain in full force and effect from February 15, 2023 through June 30, 2025 subject to the conditions of Article XVII, “Term and Contract Renewal Procedures,” and Article XXVII, “Duration.”
