This agreement, by and among the following parties: City of Weatherford Fire Department (“Weatherford”) and City of Mineral Wells Fire Department (collectively, the “Parties”), is for the purpose of securing to each the benefits of mutual aid in firefighting, fire prevention, the protection of life and property from fire, and in emergency first responder medical assistance for residents and property served by the Parties (the “Agreement”).
