Project summary statement: This Interlocal Agreement (ILA) will allow the City and Snohomish County to cooperate for mutual benefit on small capital and maintenance projects on City and County streets and bridges on an as-needed basis. Work completed under this ILA will be administered under the direction and approval of the City Engineer and County Engineer.
