(hereafter “Lifetouch”) a and the SCHOOL DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF HARRISBURG (hereafter the “District”), a school district organized pursuant to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and having its administrative office 1601 State Street, Harrisburg, Pa 17103.
