The Agreement is made this 15th day of August 2017, by and between Barber M.T.V., Inc. DBA A-1 Door Company, of 7741 Whitepine Road, N. Chesterfield, Virginia 23237 (party of the first part, and hereinafter known as “Contractor”), and the County of Dinwiddie, Virginia (party of the second part, and hereinafter known as “County”).
