FRAMEWORK FINANCING AGREEMENTFinancing Agreement • September 7th, 2009
Parties This Framework Financing Agreement ("FFA") dated 29 August 2009 is between Georgia and Asian Development Bank ("ADB"). MFF Investment Program Georgia is committed to and will implement the upgrading of its road network, including subregional road corridors, in line with the national road development roadmap and with the Joint Needs Assessment (the Program). The Program and the Roadmap are described in Schedule 1 hereto. The total cost of the Program, over the period 2009 to 2015 is expected to be $3 billion equivalent. Multitranche Financing Facility The Multitranche Financing Facility (MFF or the Facility) is intended to finance projects under the Program, provided that such projects comply with the criteria set out in Schedule 4 hereto and that understandings set forth in this FFA are complied with.
