If You are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or organization, You certify that you are authorized to agree to this Agreement on behalf of such organization, and “You” as used in this Agreement will mean all authorized users within your organization. By clicking next to “BUY NOW” prior to accessing the Service or by registering in the Client Portal, You are agreeing to the terms of this Service License Agreement (the “Agreement”). IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO BE BOUND BY THE AGREEMENT, terminate Your access to the Service.
