This agreement (<Agreement=) sets forth the agreement between Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. (<Visit Orlando=) and Steven Madow Aerial Productions, LLC (<Contributor=) with respect to one or more works to be created by Contributor at the request of Visit Orlando for time to time during the Term (as defined below).
