We previously have entered into an At-the-Market Equity Offering Sales Agreement, dated December 9, 2019, which was amended on February 22, 2022 (the “Sales Agreement”), with Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, BTIG, LLC, and Fifth Third Securities, Inc., as our sales agents (each a “Sales Agent” and collectively, the “Sales Agents”), to offer and sell shares of our common stock, par value $0.001 per share, from time to time through the Sales Agents. Pursuant to this prospectus supplement and the accompanying prospectus, we may offer and sell up to $63.0 million shares of common stock pursuant to the Sales Agreement.
