This Franchise Agreement for Commercial Solid Waste Collection Services (herein Franchise) is made and entered into this _______ day of ____________, 2018, by and between the City of Galveston (“City”), a Texas home-rule municipality, and BFI Waste Services of Texas, LP (“Grantee”), located at 5301 Brookglen, Houston, Texas 77017. The City and Grantee may each be referred to hereinafter as a “Party” and/or collectively referred to as “the Parties”.
