This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) to the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), formerly known as US WEST Communications, Inc., a Colorado corporation, and Sprint Communications Company, L.P. (“CLEC”). CLEC and Qwest shall be known jointly as the “Parties”.
