This Agreement For Local Interconnection (“Agreement”) by and between, Frontier Communications of Michigan, Inc., a Michigan corporation, having its principal place of business at 180 South Clinton Avenue, Rochester, New York 14646 (“Frontier”) and Global Connection Inc. of America, a Georgia corporation, having its principal place of business at 3957 Pleasantdale Road, Atlanta, GA 30340 (“Carrier”). Frontier and Carrier may also be referred to herein singularly as a “Party” or collectively as “the Parties”.
