AMENDMENT NO. 1Interconnection Agreement • April 27th, 2006
This Amendment No. 1 (the “Amendment”) is made by and between Verizon Florida Inc., f/k/a GTE Florida Incorporated (“Verizon”), a Florida corporation with offices at 201 N. Franklin Street, One Tampa City Center, Tampa, FL 33602, and Supra Telecommunications and Information Systems, Inc., a corporation with offices at 2620 SW 27th Avenue, Miami, FL 33133 (“Supra”), and, except as otherwise expressly provided herein with respect to particular provisions hereof, shall be deemed effective on March 11, 2006 (the “Amendment Effective Date”). Verizon and Supra are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a "Party". This Amendment covers services in Verizon’s service territory in the State of Florida (the “State”).
