This Access Agreement specifies the terms and conditions pursuant to which San Diego MLS, a California corporation (“San Diego MLS”), will grant you (“You” or “Broker”) or Vendor (as defined below), depending on whether you download, manipulate and display the IDX Data (as defined below) or have Vendor do so on your behalf, access to IDX Data. This Access Agreement shall begin on the date (the “Effective Date”) that you indicate your agreement with the terms and conditions of this Access Agreement by “clicking” the “I Agree” button below.
