This Services Agreement (this "Agreement") is effective as of the 1st day of January, 2021 (the "Effective Date") and is entered into by and between the Board of Education of the City of Chicago, a body politic and corporate, commonly known as Chicago Public Schools, with offices located at 42 West Madison Street, Chicago, IL 60602 (the "Board" or “CPS”) and Biodesix, Inc. with principal place of business located at 2970 Wilderness Place, Suite 100, Boulder, CO 80301 ( “Vendor”). The Board and Vendor shall be referred to collectively herein as the “Parties.”
