THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 1th day of July, 2020, by and between NAPA COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”, and Sand Castle Investments, LLC a Wisconsin limited liability corporation “doing business as Sand Castle Field Services” “a Wisconsin corporation”; whose mailing [or business] address is 165 Bishops Way, Suite 150, Brookfield, WI 53005, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR.” COUNTY and CONTRACTOR may be referred to below collectively as “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
