THIS CONTRACT FOR SERVICES, (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”) made and entered in to this day of December, 2012, by an d between the CITY OF SUN VALLEY, IDAHO, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the City") and the SUN VALLEY MARKETING ALLIANCE, Inc. an Idaho nonprofit corporation with an IRS 501 (c)(6) designation, (hereinafter referred to as "SVMA").
