This Agreement is made by and between Campbell County School District #1, hereinafter referred to as “District,” and Lowe Roofing of Wyoming, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," with the Wyoming State Construction Department (SCD), School Facilities Division (SFD), 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming, 82002, hereinafter referred to as “SFD,” as a third party beneficiary of the Agreement.
