(Team Name), (hereafter known as “Project Participant"), and the West Chester University and West Chester Film Festival “48-Hour Film Race” Video Competition, (hereafter known as the “Contest”) (together the “Parties”), with respect to Project Participant's involvement in the Contest and creation of a short film or video (the “Film”) pursuant to the terms below.
