The SERVICES are sold under the “e-communications: RMail” brand by FRAMA. Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, FRAMA and LICENSER grants to the licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install, run and use the SERVICES. Data processing by FRAMA or LICENSER or by third parties is performed solely for the purpose of our Customers and used to provide SERVICES requested by Customers.
