This Annex shall be for the purpose of performing tests on the payload fairing (PLF) composite structural test article (STA) for RUAG Space USA, Inc., in support of the Centaur V/Vulcan rocket program. Testing will include (1) the Payload Fairing (PLF) TN Half Modal Survey Test (PLF-BT1) and (2) the Payload Fairing (PLF) TN Half Bending Stiffness Test (PLF-BT2).
