The Agreement is made this 16th day of June 2015, by and between Virginia Association of Counties Group Self Insurance Risk Pool, of 1315 Franklin Road, SW, Roanoke, Virginia 24016 (party of the first part, and hereinafter known as “Contractor”), and the County of Dinwiddie, Virginia (party of the second part, and hereinafter known as “County”).
